Exchange and return policy




Our valued customers can return purchased products within 3 days and exchange them within 7 days from the date of receipt. To return the product, it must be unused and in its original condition as it was received from the link, and the original purchase invoice must be attached.


LinkTek bears the shipping costs if the shipment arrives damaged. Or a product was sent by mistake, and in the event that an undamaged product is replaced, such as changing the product at the request of the customer, the customer will bear the full shipping costs.


After the shipment is prepared and delivered to the shipping company, LinkTek completely disclaims responsibility for any delay in delivery outside the agreed upon period. If a delay occurs, the shipping company will be contacted to track and receive your order.
